Kelly Cole

Kelly is a native New Yorker, fitness entrepreneur, and founder of the Time Under Tension method. She’s also a certified NASM personal trainer and a pre/postnatal specialist.  Kelly’s philosophy as an instructor is less “you got this” and more “here’s HOW to get this,” emphasizing form to prevent injuries and achieve better results. As a seasoned Megaformer Pilates instructor, she blends strength training, Pilates, and cardio for a comprehensive workout accessible through her app and on-demand library.
