Tiffany Savage
With a foundation in dance, an education in biology, and background in strength and conditioning (as a former D1 All-American in track-and field), Tiffany has an integrative approach to fitness. Combining elements of functional movement, resistance training, Pilates and isometrics, her classes and programming aim to strengthen the muscle and fascia, while improving flexibility, stability, and emotional well-being. Based in New York, Tiffany uses her extensive knowledge of the human body to identify areas to be strengthened and movement patterns to be corrected.
